The 2026 CFDA Awards Went All In on Diamonds
The fashion was fierce, the guest list was stacked, and the jewelry was impossible to ignore. See the looks that stole the spotlight.
Fashion’s biggest night served up the diamond drama. The 2026 CFDA Awards took over New York City’s American Museum of Natural History last night, bringing together the industry’s biggest names for an evening of bold fashion, major star power, and jewels that demanded attention.
Presented annually by the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), the awards celebrate the creative forces shaping American fashion. Founded in 1962, the organization represents nearly 370 leading designers across womenswear, menswear, jewelry, and accessories. The annual ceremony honors the industry’s best while drawing an impressive roster of celebrity supporters and presenters.
This year, CFDA Chairman Thom Browne and CEO Hildy Kuryk presided over the event, where national treasure Keke Palmer served as host. The longtime actress and meme-machine unearthed an ultra-rare archival Bob Mackie gown, first worn by Raquel Welch in 1975, with dangling diamond earrings by Le Vian and a diamond ring by Zydo Italy. Anna Wintour, Matt Damon, Hailey Bieber, Cole Escola, and Zoë Kravitz were among the presenters for the evening.
After four consecutive nominations, jewelry designer Ana Khouri took home the award for American Accessory Designer of the Year.
From Alix Earle to professional tennis player Naomi Osaka, “image architect” Law Roach, and Love Island star Olandria Carthen, we couldn’t stop staring at the diamond-studded red carpet. Below, see our favorite bling to shine bright on fashion’s big night.
